This letter is going to be really short because we just got back from Idaho and we need to get some sleep tonight. Work comes early in the morning. Blah.
We spent most of this weekend with the Murdocks, though everybody went to Menan for the fireworks. It was a good show, as usual. Lisa and AJ were there with their three girls, who are all getting way too big. Leena starts first grade this fall. Crazy! But they're all just darling.
Poor Mayli had to come home early from girls' camp because she got food poisoning, but she was doing better by Saturday. We hung out with a bunch of Justin's friends he hadn't seen in a long time, which was fun. The wives all cooed over the babies and talked while the boys were admiring one guy's new Jeep.
Oh, I forgot to tell you in my letter last week, but when we were driving up to the museum, we heard a loud sound somewhere between a "whumph" and a "boom" and we start looking all over trying to figure out what it was. Turns out, a semi ahead of us blew a tire. Justin said he thought it might have been ours for a second.
Well, I still need to shower before bed, so I'm going to sign off here. Hugs and lots of love,
Symone
